How do I place an order?

If you are a bussiness, before placing an order please make account in "Client Zone". After we approve your account you will get an email which will direct you to our website to order and pay your fruits and vegetables.

Can I change or cancel an order that has been placed?

To change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service. It is best to call for this to be able to switch quickly.

How quickly does customer service respond?

We aim to answer emails as quickly as possible.

What is the expected delivery time?

Fruits & Vegetables: Daily

Machines: Subject to stock availability or production (2 to 6 weeks)

My order was delivered damaged, what now?

Machines: This is of course very annoying. We will resolve this with you as best we can. You can therefore always contact us via the contact form.

In what countries do you deliver?

Our basic offer is focussed on the Benelux (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg) If the delivery it’s outside of the territory reach out to our customer service.  

Delivery Costs

Machines: They are subject to the order and will be communicated separately.

Fruits & Vegetables: from 100 €  per order delivery is free.

What payment options do I have?

Ideal

JuiceMakers works with iDEAL, the most common payment method.

Bank transfer

Pay by invoice. You will receive an invoice in PDF format after placing an order. You can pay this invoice whenever it suits you. PAY ATTENTION! We ship the order immediately after we have received the payment on the account.

Bancontact & Credit Card

With Bancontact you can pay for your online purchase with us in a trusted, safe and easy way. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker you can use Bancontact directly, without having to register or install special software.

Payments with Bancontact are made as is the case with credit cards, but then simply with your own bank card. All you have to do is fill in your card details and identify yourself in a secure screen of your own bank, just like with internet banking.
